Realtime Noise Gate v1.0.0-beta
Has the option to enable or disable (default is disabled so make sure to enable it), run in a window or in the tray and on startup.
This is an app I developed because my Realtek onboard audio would have an intermittent popping sound on Win1124H2 and none of the other solutions I found online worked for me.
