Realtime Noise Gate v1.0.0-beta

The app is still beta, minor issue of it not loading on Windows startup when the option is selected. (regression)

The app has successfully solved the intermittent and constant popping sound when my Realtek onboard audio is idle. (ie. desktop office work, watching streams, low power usage tasks).  Gaming was not an issue as the audio was in high usage state.

With the fix all works well in my testing thus far.
